From the Field to the Water.
FLX Waterfowl Outfitters is a family-owned guide service rooted in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. We grew up hunting these lakes, marshes, and fields — and we know them better than anyone.
The Finger Lakes region is one of the most underrated waterfowl corridors in the Northeast. Eleven lakes stretching across the heart of New York state create natural staging areas for migrating ducks and geese every fall. We'll put you in the right blind, at the right time, every time.

From early season to late season, we run guided hunts across the full waterfowl calendar. Private land, proven setups, and guides who know this region inside and out.

We're on the water and in the fields days before your hunt, finding where the birds are and setting up accordingly. No guesswork, no wasted mornings.
Your Group, Your Hunt
Whether you're bringing 4 guys or a full crew of 8, we build the hunt around your group. More hunters means a bigger spread and more action in the field. Private party bookings are available upon request for an additional fee.
Top-Tier Equipment
Top-of-the-line full-body decoys, spreads, blinds, and A-frames — we invest in the gear that makes birds commit. You bring your gun and shells, we handle the rest.
Fully Licensed
All guides are NYS licensed and insured. We operate on permitted land and water with proper access agreements. Hunt with confidence, hunt with us.

Who's Running the Show
Your Guides
Born and raised in the Finger Lakes. These fields and waters aren't just where we work — they're where we grew up.
Vasko
Vasko is the proud owner of FLX Waterfowl Outfitters. His love for the hunt and experience in the industry led him to create a new outfit where he and his crew could provide clients with a family style hunting experience, just like if you were going to the blind with your buddies.
Jake
Jake is a Conesus Lake native with a degree in wildlife biology focusing specifically on waterfowl ecology. He started his guiding career taking clients out hunting whitetail deer in Missouri, but his passion has always been for hunting waterfowl in the Finger Lakes where he grew up.
Bryce
Bryce is an outdoor fanatic who specializes in waterfowl hunting and gun dog training. He started his guiding career to help other sportsmen feel the rush and excitement of waterfowl hunting in the Finger Lakes.
